Order Status:
You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 216-860-1015 or by emailing mburgersace@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.
Returns/Refunds:
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition. Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable. For questions on returns, call 216-860-1015.
Pet Food (and similar products) are not returnable, but they may be refundable.

Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover
If you have a house charge account with Burger’s Ace Hardware, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password. When paying with credit card, a convenience fee will be charged to your account the following month.
Pickup:
Burger’s Ace Hardware will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, please call 216-860-1015 and let us know you are here.
Shipping:
Shipping is available via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability.
